June 21, 1999: The demos page has a few notes and recent match demos.  Th 4-29-99 - USA vs UK. Invasion or Defense of thier WT.  See the UK newsgroup for ongoing discussion of the WT. Check out the first two demos !!!! :) Sat 4-24-99 - USA/Clan Unknown  vs UK in LMCTF but had server problems so match never got off ground. Will try again.  Th 4-22-99 - Defense of US server Fragshack. A bit late getting started but our rag-tag bunch of mercenary maruaders got those buggering Brits on the run! All but one, UK}Wotsit who bravely carried on, fled after a short time. They vow to return . Was quite a surprise to the Brits. See uk.games.computer.quake2 for discussion.  Demos at the demo site.
